Children
Workshops with Sr. Ruth provide children and their parents/care-givers a unique opportunity to discuss issues regarding sexual health in a mutually supportive, structured environment.
- "Life Cycles - Honouring our Bodies" is a workshop for girls (age 9 to 14). The aims of the workshop are to provide a safe, professionally supervised space where mothers can prepare their daughters for the many changes that take place during puberty. This is achieved by discussion, sharing information and providing workbooks / notes that contain essential health information in easy-to-understand language.
